Sizing

Our sizing is based on measurements.As we work internationally, we use US size,UK size, AU size and EU size.

 

Please read carefully our measurement and compare with your body measurement to select the one which will fit to you.

 

We are not responsible for the wrong selection of size. Following wrong selection on size, the refund will not be issued.

Payment

We accept Paypal only.You can also pay with a card via Paypal.There is no need to be a Paypal member

 

Payment needs to be recieved within 3 days of the purchase.The seller has all rights to cancel the transaction if the payment has not been sent within three days.

Shipping

Estimated shipping times

We ship from Bangkok,Thailand via registered air mail.It usually takes 2-3 weeks to the USA, 2-3 weeks to Europe Australia and Newzealand and 1-2weeks in Asia

 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates,but can not guarantee them.Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Change your order and refund

Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.Since all of the delivery items are carefully checked and quality controlled,S.G.instar reserved the right not to refund purchased items unless the product is clearly faulty. In the case of damaged item
